1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://allovertxroofing.com/ (the “Website”) and the services provided by All Over Exterior Roofing (“All Over Exterior Roofing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a roofing, siding, gutter, and window company serving the Houston, Texas area. By accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an inspection, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
2. Our Services
We provide residential and commercial roofing, roof repair and replacement, storm damage restoration, siding, gutter, and window services. Our services are described on the Website and may change at any time without notice. Any request you submit through the Website (including free inspection requests and financing quotes) is a request for information and a consultation — it does not create a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Estimates and Inspections
Free inspections and estimates are provided to help you evaluate the condition of your property and the cost of services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection, are estimates only, and may change based on findings discovered during work (including underlying damage, material availability, or code requirements). No work begins until you approve a written proposal and any required agreements.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or replying to an invitation), you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from All Over Exterior Roofing regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, and, where offered, promotional offers. Your consent is governed by the following terms:
