He pointed how other companies cut corners and use inferior roof accessory materials (aside from shingles) to save on price. His quote was very detailed and noted every component of the roof replacement. Julio was also very knowledgeable on his industry. I went to his Facebook page and saw many trade organizations he was part of and photos of him at roof trade seminars. Starts with Julio who came out and explained everything in great detail with many recent drone shots before, during and after projects, … More we picked a color based on that and discussed the different type of shingles, the installation process, and he answered all my questions with confidence.The lead was first to arrive only a couple of days later to ensure a smooth day of work, the crew shows up and made sure all our personal items were covered and protected, they did a great job making short work of the full replacement, while being very professional to my wife and they cleaned up everything very well when completed, no nails or debris anywhere. I had to travel on this day for work and felt very comfortable with Julio and team to complete the job, Julio sent pics of the day on the wood replacements and the final product. It was nice to come home late already knowing what my roof looks like with detail photos of the completion. Julio quickly responded to request for quotation , met with me, flew his drone for photos, and had me a preliminary quote within 2 hours. He ended up being the most reasonably priced, and agreed to do repair work for the garage siding & rafters (along with garage roof), and installed a new pre-hung door. Julio and his team were prompt, professional, and his adder pricing (discovery work) was reasonable. Matched paint & painted siding.
