Some priced higher, some priced lower than All Over Exterior Roofing. What I liked about Julio was his transparency. He pointed how other companies cut corners and use inferior roof accessory materials (aside from shingles) to save on price. His quote was very detailed and noted every component of the roof replacement. Julio was also very knowledgeable on his industry. I went to his Facebook page and saw many trade organizations he was part of and photos of him at roof trade seminars. This led me to believe I was dealing with a person who takes pride in their industry and is constantly evolving to the changes within it. I made the right decision with All Over Exterior. Julio was onsite for majority of the important parts of the roof replacement and his team is also very professional. I would only recommend him for any roofing needs.

Starts with Julio who came out and explained everything in great detail with many recent drone shots before, during and after projects, … More we picked a color based on that and discussed the different type of shingles, the installation process, and he answered all my questions with confidence.The lead was first to arrive only a couple of days later to ensure a smooth day of work, the crew shows up and made sure all our personal items were covered and protected, they did a great job making short work of the full replacement, while being very professional to my wife and they cleaned up everything very well when completed, no nails or debris anywhere. I had to travel on this day for work and felt very comfortable with Julio and team to complete the job, Julio sent pics of the day on the wood replacements and the final product. It was nice to come home late already knowing what my roof looks like with detail photos of the completion. Julio is up on technology which makes the process a lot more user friendly for us!!Great experience all around, Julio thank you sir!, and kudos to your crew!!CBird

Julio quickly responded to request for quotation , met with me, flew his drone for photos, and had me a preliminary quote within 2 hours. He ended up being the most reasonably priced, and agreed to do repair work for the garage siding & rafters (along with garage roof), and installed a new pre-hung door. Julio and his team were prompt, professional, and his adder pricing (discovery work) was reasonable. Matched paint & painted siding. Julio inspected and gave me a detailed report the same day. His proposal was thorough and detailed, and he was very knowledgeable. When the crew came, Julio asked me where the touch-up paint was. I realized I should've mentioned before that I didn't have any paint for the outside of the house. But he was extremely nice about it, went to Home Depot to do a paint match, and then gave me the extra paint at no charge.So I had an excellent experience with this company.

All Over Exterior did a phenomenal job replacing my roof. Anuar was wonderful and patient helping me navigate the insurance claim process. COVID and it’s aftermath definitely added challenges, but it was great having someone in my corner patiently helping me through the process and taking the time to explain things along the way. Anuar always promptly returned my texts and phone calls and even took the initiative to reach out to me during the insurance claim/funding process to check in with me.Once the installation date was set Julio and his impressive team of installers were on time (early even) and stayed late to finish the job and clean up. Roof looks amazing, and interior drywall and paint repairs done to correct roof leak damage made my ceiling look like new again.My experience with All Over Exterior was fantastic! The things that made the biggest impact for me were: responsiveness, professionalism, and great work ethic. It did not hurt that both Anuar and Julio have great personalities.
